Analysis conceptions of life cycles of organization were done. In the article method of diagnoses of management system for organization was used. This method gave opportunity to clear up problems and suggest directions for improvement of management system. A new model for process of management is offered. On the bases of this new structure of Matrix for determine of Life Cycle Stage was suggested.
