Conditions offormation ofeffective social and economic institutes are considered, necessity ofthe formal analysis ofcharacteristics offormed institutes and an opportunity ofuse for this purpose ofgraphs theory methods is proved, the technique ofthe analysis ofsocial and economic institutes on the basis ofthe graphs theory is offered and the area ofits application is described.
