The problems of theoretical and methodical representation of the approaches of organization and realization of state politics of formation of perspective structure of economy regional APC in conditions of instability and uncertainty of the market are considered. On materials regional of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic all opportunities APC of region with reference to realization of various variants of economic politics and various toolings of regulation of processes are considered in aggregate.
