The scopes of the following examined concepts: pre-reform (initial) enterprise; industrial ground that was mastered in the past; group of independent enterprises – are explored and certain. System intercommunication of these concepts is exposed. The use of concept “small industrial group” for determination of the community of independent enterprises within the limits of the.industrial ground that was mastered in the past is argued .

Исследованы и определены границы рассматриваемых понятий: дореформенное (исходное) предприятие, староосвоенная промышленная площадка, группа независимых предприятий. Выявлена системная взаимосвязь этих понятий. Аргументировано использование понятия «малая промышленная группа» (МПГ) для определения общности независимых предприятий на староосвоенной промышленной площадке.
