        <p>The article gives methodical approach of estimating the value of effectiveness. This methodical approach is based on the systematic approach of revealing all the economical and ecological consequencies of additives use and on the principle of intergration of the consequncies. The principle gave the possibility to create methods of estimating the value of the fuel additives effectiveness.</p>
