Some factors defining development and competitiveness of the shipbuilding enterprises in Russia have been considered, the basic approaches to shipbuilding enterprises competitiveness management have been formulated and grouped. The shipbuilding enterprises competitiveness management's system has been designed on the basis of the discovering approaches.
