In the article the author considers the aspects of the problem of uncertainty in management of enterprise innovative activity. The general concept and kinds of uncertainty, types of situations at acceptance of strategic administrative decisions. The conclusion is necessity of development of the formalized approach to elaborate and make decisions in conditions of uncertainty.
