        <p>The main principles of staff stimulating system necessary for its effective functioning on enterprises are reviewed in this article. Connection with strategy of company, orientation toward result, account of peculiarities of corporate culture, individual approach, complexity, adequacy of stimulus, flexibility and dynamics, justice, consecution, competence of specialists concerns to these principles.</p>
