The essential features, properties and structure of the Coordination system of Saint-Petersburg Retail-Trade (CSSRT) are considered. The basic principles and factors influencing CSSRT are declared and presented. Special attention has been paid to the process of establishing and design of an efficient CSSRT. Some conceptual guide-lines in coordinating Saint-Petersburg retail-trade have been disclosed.
